- HVAC Service: We change your furnace filters every other month, and have it annually cleaned and serviced by certified technicians. (Additional charge for multiple furnaces and A/C condensers).
- Water heater: We drain, flush, refill, and test temperature annually.
- Lights: We will check for and replace burned out bulbs.
- Septic System: A chemical treatment is added to your tank every other month.
- Propane Tank: A propane level check is performed and a refill is scheduled if necessary.
- Refrigerator: Your water filter is checked and changed if it is needed.
- Weed Control: We monitor driveways and parking areas, and spray for weeds if needed.
- Free Standing Ice Maker: We flush, clean, and test your ice maker annually.
- Water Softener: We check the level of your water softener, and refill as needed.
- Roof, Gutters, and Down Spouts: Your gutters are checked for proper drainage, and leaves or debris are removed.
- Maintenance Monitoring: We perform our 100 point check list and notify homeowner of any upcoming maintenance.
